Today a Land Rover from Tampa parked next to me and I was all proud that they trusted my car by their car. Then I realized whose car it was, and it's not so special anymore... because that guy's a wimp. A few minutes before, I'd said something behind him and he jumped 12 feet.

I can't wait till December! (Notice how that's a hope for the future, not a dwelling on the past) I think that might be my favorite month. The cold used to bother me, but I didn't even notice it this year. I like Christmas music.

I kinda feel better, but I still think I have kidney failure and not heat exhaustion.

What else. Oh, if you saw me today, I apologize. While my clothing was quite exhuberant, it made me feel more bogged down than anything else. But come on those orange socks were hot. Admit it. But my pants look better on other people. The tie-die shirt... I dunno, a kid made it for me. Figured I ought to wear it.

I saw the Missouri kids again today, speaking of. One of them kept slapping my butt. And they all tried to steal my lunch, which I indignantly denied...

People who use the word lithe are trying too hard.



I want to go hosteling in Italy SO bad. My mom's friend Jim's daughter Laura is gonna do that for a while, she just finished a school trip and wants to hang around. Which I completely understand. But that means I've been getting phone calls asking for advice on Florence and Venice and safety and stuff... I wonder if my cell phone worked for her.

I saw Jackie the other day, but it was weird. She's one of the only people that I made friends with in 9th grade and STAYED friends with for all of high school. It wasn't comfortable like it used to be :-/

Someone else told me Shanna's little sister is pregnant. That kid... well it's not surprising. She kinda... she's changed a lot.
